INTRODUCTION TO MAT PILATES: A 6 week pilates class for beginners will be offered Saturdays, June 13-July 25 (except 4th of July weekend) at 11AM. Registration required. To register call or email us.
PRENATAL CLASS: A 4 week summer course for expectant mothers will be offered Tuesday evenings, 6:30-7:45PM, starting June 16-July 7. This class is based on yoga theory, and is appropriate for women in all stages of their pregnancy. Class is 75 minutes.
YOGA & HIKING: Class starts Thursday, May 28 from 6:30-7:45, and meets each consecutive Thursday at various parks. For full schedule click here. Course integrates hiking, meditation, breath work, and yoga at various parks in the area. Is a donation only class, and all proceeds donated to Taproot Nature Experience.
MINDFUL BIRTHING: An 8 week course for expectant mothers & couples. It integrates prenatal yoga, holistic childbirth education, mindfulness, and hypnosis for childbirth. The next course will be offered late summer. Registration is required. Please click here for more information and to register.
Saturday 9:30AM class on July 4 will be held, however Sunday classes on July 5 are cancelled for holiday weekend. Our normal schedule resumes on Monday, July 6. Thanks!
