Outdoor Yoga for Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month
Sunday, September 18, 10:30 – 12:30 AM
September is Ovarian Cancer Awareness month and one of Heartland’s teacher, Bridget Toomey, just lost her mom to Ovarian Cancer last Spring. In memory of her mother and to increase awareness of this cancer that has few warning signs, we are offering a special class that will be team taught by several Heartland teachers and will end with a 30 minute gong bath played by Bridget. All proceeds from this donation based class will be given to the Norma Leah Ovarian Cancer Initiative. We are excited to offer this class outdoors on the Plaza Towers Patio. Just come to the studio and we will direct you one floor up to the patio. Wear layers. We will have coffee, chai, and treats following practice.
Please bring friends….the more money we raise the better!
Our 10 week Fall session starts August 15th.
Registration is rolling and you can join us any time!
*New Student Special*
New students to Heartland can take unlimited class for 2 weeks for $25. This is designed to help you find a teacher and class time that works before committing to a 10 week session. To sign up, come to studio and we will get you started!
