WALK-INS ARE ALWAYS WELCOMED!
Levels:
Level 1 - For students new to yoga. Introduces the basic principles of yoga, alignment, and covers basic poses and breath work.
Level 1/2 – Continues to develop the foundational poses at a more rigorous pace, with the introduction of more challenging poses like backbends and basic inversions. Strength & stamina will be cultivated.
Level 3 – For more advanced practitioners. Should be comfortable with backbends, headstands, and kicking up to handstands.
