Summer 2010 Adult Classes: June 2 - August 8, 2010
New Fall Schedule begins Monday, August 16
Levels:
Level 1 - For students new to yoga. Introduces the basic principles of yoga, alignment, and covers basic poses and breath work.
Level 1/2 – Continues to develop the foundational poses at a more rigorous pace, with the introduction of more challenging poses like backbends and basic inversions. Strength & stamina will be cultivated.
All Levels - Is open to all students, no matter ability level or experience. Modifications are provided so both beginners, as well as experienced yogis, are able to have a deep and fulfilling practice.
Mixed Levels - A moderately-paced class, suitable for the experienced beginner to the advanced yogi. Fundamentals will be covered and refinements given to help deepen your practice at whatever your level of understanding of the Anusara method. If you've never done yoga before, please start with our "Brand New Beginners" Series on Wednesday evenings, at 7pm.
